What can you do?

We need to continue to stay engaged to ensure the full funding of Measure J for our communities. We created our policy work group to engage advocates and supporters in the implementation process. Through our policy work group, you can join a work group subcommittee to engage in specific areas of interest and help define the policy recommendations and community actions we take to support Measure J.

  1. Housing

    This work group subcommittee is responsible for making policy recommendations on issues related to housing and affordable housing.

  2. Re-entry

    This work group subcommittee is responsible for making policy recommendations on issues related to the transition of those impacted by the criminal justice system into community.

  3. economic opportunity

    This work group subcommittee is responsible for making policy recommendations on issues related to job creation, career training and development, livable wage, and much more.

  4. Education access and youth

    This work group subcommittee is responsible for making policy recommendations on issues related to youth education and development, and other programs targeting LA's youth.

  5. Diversion, Health, and Behavioral Health

    This work group subcommittee is responsible for making policy recommendations on issues related to access to healthcare, mental health treatment, and much more.
